Fall A- Biblical Interpretation

Instruction will be given in the various tools available today for interpreting the Scriptures and the critical role of the Holy Spirit. Students will learn how to interpret the Scriptures regarding the languages of the Bible, the context in which it was written, and how the various genres affect interpretation.

Fall A- The Book of Genesis
Mondays at 6 p.m. August 19- October 7

The book of Genesis is foundational to the canon of Scripture as it answers the most critical questions about humankind’s relationship with God. The course will present a timeline of creation, the early covenants, and the history of the patriarchs through a chapter-by-chapter study.
